Red security light stays on as soon as I reconnect the new battery?

It sounds like the IPM (integrated power module) has gone out which is common, here is a guide to help run the codes for the CAN system to confirm the issue:

I have no codes on my obd2 scanner.

Everything was fine with the truck until I jumped a dead battery.

It would need to be a CAN scanner and this problem can happen when you jump the car and get a voltage surge, which is what takes out the IPM.

What else could it be? I replaced the IPM and reset the computer but as soon as I reconnect the battery the same problem occurs. Solid red light on the dash and no gauges and a hand full of other things don't work.

Did you do the CAN scan? Also let's check all fuses, here is a guide to help and the fuse locations as well, please check them with the key on. If the fuses are good let's try a hard system reboot.

Please let me know, also the CAN is a code scan for the entire truck not just the engine and drivetrain.

Yes the fuse is good and has power.
