When I come to a red light or a complete stop for more then maybe ten seconds my car will flash the red lightning bolt light and then it will cut off or it will not move. so I have to put it in park and restart it, but if when I come to a complete stop I put the car in neutral it will not do anything. I have changed the throttle body and even the catalytic converters and it still does the same thing. Has any one had this problem?
