After the dealer replaced a leaky EVAP core by re-circulation door does not work

If the actuator is working, are you sure nothing is disconnected? Also, have you considered returning it to the shop that did the repairs?

As far as the door, you will need to remove the actuator and somehow attach the linkage so it doesn't move. However, don't jam the actuator. In all honesty, I have never been asked to do this, so remove the glove box and then the actuator to see if there is a way to secure the door in the position you want.

I wish I had a better answer, but this one isn't in the books. LOL

Thank you for the help.
I brought it back to the dealer after it lost charge so they started looking for more leaks and found the condenser fitting had a pinhole leak. Now fixed. When I asked him about the door I got how do we know who or how it happened. I said while the tech had the dash open for the core shouldn't he have noticed? Updates me? And had it repaired for $140.00 instead of over $1,400.00.
