Re-circulation actuator

Took the old one out and glued the gear together. Hooked it up to see if it works (not mounted just connection). It only turns one way. Can't get it to turn the other way.

Okay, there is no motor for re circulation. there are only two motors, one for temperature control and one for mode door operations.

Can you post a picture of what you see?
