Hi, re-circulation actuator was stuck. Replaced by new one. When turn AC on, it rotates three times but when i activate the re-circulation button, nothing moves.

You need to calibrate the system which is easy. Turn the ignition key on then remove the HVAC fuse for 5 minutes then turn the key off and then replace the fuse. Then try the system. Here is the location of the fuse. #38
