I have the car listed above eco boost, with only a cold air intake installed. I was driving home from work and the check engine light came on. So, I plugged in my OBD reader and the code P04DB appeared, and it says Crankcase Ventilation System Disconnected. Any idea what I can change or mess with to fix?

The code
P04DB - Crankcase Ventilation System Disconnected

It can get triggered due to a few different reasons.
It could be due to the disconnected hose from the crankcase to one side of the crankcase pressure sensor, disconnected hose from the intake manifold to the pressure sensor, damaged PCV hose O-ring seal, disconnected vacuum lines. It can also get triggered due to an incorrectly installed oil cap.
