I filled my windshield washer to the max, under the hood, the front is working okay, sprays good, when i press the rear button for the back, the wiper moves back and forth, but no washer fluid comes out. but i hear the motor doing its job, and when i looked in the rear left tailgate underneath i see a puddle of washer fluid on the ground. I see two bend hoses, but i can locate which hose is really leaking. I'm lost on this issue. Both hoses are hard as a rock, looked okay. my son says it's the hoses, but i'm lost. If you have any kind of diagram for this ,it would be a great help. i looked all over the net, nothing. Thanks for any help. With all the snow we been having, back window is a mess and a pain to clean and the road salt is like taking course sand paper off.

Hello, I'm Danny.

The window washer reservoir under the hood actually has two separate motors. One is for the front wipers and the second motor is for the rear wiper. Have you verified both motors are working? There are plastic lines that run from the front of that reservoir through the interior to the rear. If the rear motor is actually working then you might have an issue with the plastic line leaking or became disconnected somewhere along the way. Here is a tutorial showing how to test wiring:

I've attached pictures below showing how the plastic hoses for the washer is ran through the through your vehicle and how to replace. I've circled the rear washer motor in red on the picture. Hope this helps and thanks for using 2CarPros.

diagram was helpful, but did not answer the question. if the hoses in the rear are leaking at the spot on do i have to trace the hose from front to back. Since it's only leaking in the rear, I assume that that's where i should start and work to the front.

Hello again.

I would just take apart the necessary rear trim to access the window washer bottle to see if the line has just popped off or to if you can see where it's leaking. Can you attached a picture of where it's leaking? Let us know if you have any further questions on this issue. Hope this helps and thanks again for using 2CarPros.
