The Jeep Liberty doesn't have rear hubs, it has a solid rear axle setup with axles and wheel bearings in the housing. What is the problem you are having that makes you need to change parts?

Oh. Okay. No wonder. I had the front hubs, bearings, calipers, brake pads and rotors replaced up front and thought similar setup in rear. So it's just rear bearings one replaces. And rotors break pads calipers.

The rear bearings hardly ever are replaced unless the axle or bearing is damaged. They are not a normal maintenance item, however the oil in the rear axle is. It is the reason the bearings last so long, the front hubs get greased when assembled and then are welded and sealed. The rear bearings however are open and the rear gear lube flows through and around them all the time.
On the rear you normally service the pads and rotors, calipers only when needed or if they are damaged somehow. If the person I sold my 2002 Libby to hadn't wrecked it so fast it was well on it's way past 200,000 with original calipers, and that's in the salt belt.
