Rear sliding door will not unlock

It sounds like the unlock relay stopped working. to be sure here is a guide to help us test the relay and the sliding door wiring diagrams and relay locations so you can see how it works below:

If you cannot find the relay in the TIPM the TIPM will need to be replaced which is easy because it self initializes. Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what you find. We are interested to see what it is.
