The new fuse block should have come with bolts and nuts. You can remove the bolts from the connector or fuse block and replace with the nuts. This guide can help you check the fuses with the panel location in the diagrams below.

The relay and fuse box (rear) had no loose nuts, no loose bolts and no instructions. The relay and fuse box (rear) has three specialized bolts with the head having a permanent washer affixed. Bolt head/washer combo on top of the circuit board. Bottom of the bolt has threads visible from bottom of part. Each bolt has a smooth sleeve that is anchored above the mother board. It goes through the mother board and is anchored in the same style on bottom of relay and fuse box (rear). If I had a female coupling on the connector the bolt would pull the connector into position and tighten. Without the female connector the bolts twirl inside the sleeve endlessly. But the connectors each have the same bolt. So I have male bolt to male bolt. That is not going to work.

Thanks, I have a 2008 Buick Lucerne V-6 3.8L. The lighter plugs won't work. The one in the dash and the one under the arm rest, center console. The first place I started was the fuses. I looked in the manual, in the fuse box and on-line and have not been able to identify which fuse operates the lighter plugs. Could you let me know?

Check in the fuse box under the rear seat. make sure to check fuse # 31 and 26. Both are 20 amp fuses
