Rear passenger door will not open/child lock on/handle broken off

It's going to be possible but difficult especially with the child safety lock on. You're going to have to take off the door panel to access all the linkage to open the door and make the replacement latch repair. Here is a tutorial showing how to remove a door panel:

I suppose the best way to gain access is to get the door panel off to get inside the door to manipulate the linkage to get the door open to replace the outer latch. I've attached picture steps below that show all the linkage and how to replace for your vehicle. Hope this helps and thanks for using 2CarPros.

Yes, they are both available from Advance Auto Parts. The picture of the handle I sent is made of plastic. The picture you supplied is made of metal. Obviously metal is stronger and last longer.
