I have a 2000 Mercury Mountaineer AWD. I have noticed that the rear of the vehicle is lower than the front of the vehicle all tires both front and rear are equally inflated, so was wondering if it would have to do something with the rear suspension? Also my radio is working fine in the vehicle but the display does not display any info what remedy is there to resolve?

if it has air suspension have a pro check for leaks/no pump working etc. otherwise it may be bad springs.
