Rear lateral control arm replacement instructions needed?

As opposed to replacing the lower rear control arm as a DIY project, I will opt for a less intrusive rear suspension refresh and evaluate the ride improvement afterwards: all stock parts to be installed. Can you please provide the work instructions, pro-tips, ride height measurement prior to torque, etc., to replace the rear upper and lower lateral arms? Please reference the attachments.
