HVAC codes B11E3:07, and B1B7D:11?

Here is what is said about the trouble codes:

B11E3:07 - Rear HVAC Damper Motor: Mechanical Failure:

B1B7D:11 - Rear Air Distribution Actuator: Circuit Short to Ground:

So, it sounds like the rear HVAC actuator is shorted out or the wiring is rubbed through and is touching ground which is more unlikely. Here is how to get the actuator so you can replace it or check the wiring. Check out the images (below).
