Changing out the Rear hubs and wheel studs for the lug nuts. My rear brakes are drums.

Hi,
The new hub assembly should already have the new wheel studs installed. Let me know if that isn't the case.
As far as replacing the hub assemblies, I attached the directions below specific to this vehicle. Take a look through them and let me know if you have any questions.
