Rear heater hose hookup diagram or pictures needed

I changed my heater core and forgot how the hoses go. I can't find a good picture or an engine compartment or diagram. Can anyone provide me pictures or a diagram please?

Attached is a diagram of the heater hose routing from the rear to the front of the vehicle. The front of the vehicle is toward the left side of the image. Unfortunately there isn't anything published that's more detailed than this.
