The rear end of my car sits very low compared to the front end. Every time I pull into my driveway that's on a slight pitch it scrapes the concrete.

Hello, I'm Danny.

Do you happen to know if you have the automatic air ride system on your vehicle? If your unsure send your VIN - vehicle identification number and I can look it up for you. I'm pretty sure you have a fault in a rear air ride component.Have you ever heard the sound of a compressor running at times? Get back to me and we'll go from there.Hope this helps and thanks for using 2CarPros.

Hello again.

To help ease in diagnosis it will still help with you providing me with your VIN - vehicle identification number. You car comes with 3 different rear options. a standard base shock absorber, An upgraded strut assembly, And a rear semi-active ride control.I suspect you have the semi-active ride control which is giving the symptoms you've mention in your question. That system includes height sensors and actuators to the shocks to adjust front and rear ride height both front and rear.Usually when a system has a rear fault being to low in your case the problem exists to not be able to pressurize the system to restore to the normal regular height. Get back to me when you can and have a great 4th holiday.Hope this helps and thanks again for using 2CarPros.
