Can you better explain what is happening? You say it flashes but not when turning. I don't understand.

I'm sorry about the wording Let me start over, All of the lights including the inside dash lights work when using the four-way flashers.
The right hand side or passenger side turn signal indicator work fine including the dash.
HERE"S THE PROBLEM: The driver side turn signal indicator front light lights up but it flashes fast and the rear light doesn't light up at all.
I have tried new bulbs front and back and nothing corrects it.

PLEASE HELP ME

Based on that, the problem is in the rear. Do me a favor, check to see if there is power to the rear light socket. What you have described is a built in indicator of a burned out bulb. That tells me either there is a break in the wiring, a bad socket that isn't making contact with the bulb, or by accident, you got the wrong or another bad bulb.

See if there is power there and let me know what you find.

Yes there is power going to that bulb. Its a one coil or a one filament light bulb. It has one positive connect for that location. Its the same bulb for the 4-way hazards as for the turn signals
