My nearside rear door is closed but i can't open it from inside or outside.

Hi,
The Fiesta wasn't offered in the US for this model year, but I will try my best to help. Did this happen all at once? Have you tried removing the inner door panel to see if you could locate anything that has come disconnected or has broken?
If you haven't removed the panel, that is what will likely need done. It will not be easy with the door closed, but it can be done.
