The door is unlocked, you can move the door handle but the door won't open. Is the latching mechanism repairable?

Hi ITBROKE,
Here is a TSB that explains what the issue could be. It shows you how to inspect it and adjust it to see if the cable is the issue. If not, then it tells you to replace it. It is worth a try because it appears if this is the issue, then you don't need any parts.
Please let me know if you need anything else but it appears either this will address your issue, or you will most likely need to replace the latch.
