rear defrost don't work, ac blower don't work, turn signals don't work

Did you check for voltage at the applicable fuses? Even if the fuse is good, if no voltage on the fuse circuit, the circuit is still dead.

Check for voltage and ground at the blower motor. Use a test lite. The dark green wire is voltage. The black wire with tan tracer is voltage. The resistor block and hvac control are on the ground circuit. If you have good voltage and ground with no blower action, suspect the blower motor.
