Rear climate control comes on when ever it wants to and only has one speed (high) blows hot air only. What would this issue be? Thanks

Hello,
It sounds like the blower motor resistor is out. I would replace the blower as well which can cause the resistor to go out. here are diagrams and instructions on how to replace it below. Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what happens.
