Rear bumper low on one side?

The rear bumper on the left side is low on the left side, how do I fix this, or does it need to go into the garage? I’ve attached both sides where you can see the right side is great, but the left side is hanging down.

Thanks for the images. It looks like the bumper fascia mounting bolts or plastic clips have come undone or are broken. The repair does not look that difficult. Here is how to remove or inspect the problem. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
