Hi there,

I always change my car's front brake pads and rotors and never had an issue. Today I wanted to work on rear brakes and ran into a problem.

When I try to unscrew slider lock pin from caliper, the brake hose is in the way and there is no way for me to put my socket wrench on bolts to unscrew it. any suggestion how I can unscrew these bolts to access pads?

you will have to use a box end or open end wrench then move hose out of way with hand to pull bolt out.
