How to engage repair mode so that I can replace the rear brake pads?

Okay, here are the instructions on how to change out the rear brake pads and how to remove and reset the rear brake caliper. I have also included the torque specs so when you are reassembling the job everything gets the proper tightens. Also, there are some warnings they say you need as well; they look like typical boiler plate, but you should go over them anyway. Check out the diagrams (below).
