Rear axle bearing replacement

I am replacing the rear axle bearings and seals (out side by brake assembly not in the differential). I replaced them about 1,000 miles ago and the new ones failed. Inside the bearing housing is a plastic sleeve and some type of seal that allows the differential oil to lubricate the bearing. What is that part called and how can it be replaced? I am not finding anything regarding this online. Thanks

Are the bearings pressed into the differential or pressed on the axle?

They are pressed (actually they are set with a set tool and hammer) into the housing(differential)the axle is a separate piece that comes out before I can even remove the oil seal.

If they failed again, I would look hard at the axle where the bearing rides. they wear a lot and you end up with up and down play even after the new bearing and seal are installed.
