the rear air conditioner isn't blowing cold, front works great, but rear will blow hot air when the heater is on and will blow regular air when it's on full cold.

Hello,

Please make sure that the rear A/C is turned on from the front A/C control screen, I have seen this before. This vehicle has different settings for the rear. It can run A/C only in the front, it can lock out the rear controls as well. Just want to make sure that the rear A/C is actually on.

Let me know if you have further questions.

Thanks,

Colby

Just to jump in as I have seen this before on these SUVs. The rear blend door actuator stops moving to full travel. It is normally a stripped actuator but could be a calibration issue as well. So if the rear system is turned on like Colby suggests, then we should try and recalibrate it and then replace the actuator (or at least remove and inspect to see if it is moving).

Here is a guide that helps with this. Clearly this is a front actuator but the process is the same, just a different location.

Below you will find the process from the manual on how to replace the rear actuator. Plus the process to recalibrate it first. Then if you replace it, you will need to calibrate it again.

Let us know if you have questions on this and what you find. Thanks
