Intermittent issue with the rear liftgate does not going all the way up?

The rear liftgate does not go all the way up sometimes. On the door it says full.

It sounds like the liftgate lost its calibration. here is how to recalibrate the liftgate which should fix it. Check out the images (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem so we can see what's going on.
