We are fellow Malaysia and I am residing in PJ. Actually my car started with the clutch actuator problem and was handled by a exBrookland mechanic. He managed to replace a new clutch actuator but could not reset the program due to a wiring problem. It took him almost two months to resolve the wiring and managed to start the engine finally. Then came this air cond problem and he told me that it could due to the air cond wiring problem and yesterday I sent the car to my regular air cond guy who had recently replced the whole system with new compressor. The digital panel is working with all the switches but the air cond system doesnt respond to the switches. My air cond told me that he cant detect the problem without the diagnostic program. I believe my exBrookland mechanic didnt reset the programing properly. However been a first time owner of Citroen car, I have relied on these people and not knowing what is the real problem. I sincere appreciate it that you have responded to my problem.

With your expertise, what would you think is the possible cause of this problem.

This is a car that not many people are familiar with, me inclusive and information is lacking. Our database does not even have this vehicle listed so I am afraid I am not much of a help.

Without proper tools and information, it is not easy to carry out repairs nowadays and your best bet would be someone who was from a franchise dealer.

Thank you very much for your respond and I am pleased to inform you that my car problem had been resolved. Yesterday my ex Brookland mechanic ran through a diagnostic check and it indicated that there was a problem but did not identified the exact situation. Due to his experience, he suspected the air cond modular unit was not functioning properly. Immediately replaced with a used unit and it works like a new air cond. The blower full blast stopped and the air cond responded to the control panel button.
I love to drive this car but the electronic problem is never ending. The engine is marvelous and performance is very good but unfortunately, the clutch actuator is problematic and so is the other electronic parts. The safety features in the car is amazing for a car of it size and class.

It is a nice car to drive but the problems that comes with it takes away the pleasure.

Anyway glad to know the problem has been resolved.
