Just did an oil change oil filter change and air filter change on this truck I just bought for my wife to use for work. She drove it to work and came back it suddenly has a bad rattling noise coming from the left front of the engine. Noticed that her air filter housing came loose and that her shroud bolts were loose fixed it. Sound is still there. Is it possible that it sucked something into the engine? If so how could I fix it. If not what is the potential problem??

Can you start with getting a recording of this noise? It is unlikely that it sucked something into the engine and if it did it would not create a rattling noise. The bolt or whatever it was would have to make it past the throttle body and through the manifold to the valves. It is possible but unlikely unless you have the throttle body off the vehicle.

Let's start with the noise on a recording and we can try to identify it. Thanks
