Kind of like a dish washer. After 1 second it stops that is until I start driving. It I stay under 3,000 RPM's it will make the rattling/grinding noise, but if I give the car some power it will go away. I have no loss of power, no slippage in the clutch, everything seems to work great. I was thinking maybe heat shield or possibly an Input Shaft Bearing. Not sure.
