Rattling and whining noise coming from the drivers side engine area

Hello, I bought the car listed above SE model not even a week ago. I've had on the road for three days, two days ago it started making rattling like knocking sound coming from the driver side engine area like under the engine. now today it started whining like there's like a whistling leak or something like that, like an air leak. I just want to know what would be the cause and I want to make sure I'm not going to be spending out my savings trying to fix it.

It sounds like the serpentine belt tensioner which is common. Can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so we can hear the noise? that would be great. You can upload it here with your response. Here is how to change the tensioner out in case this is the problem.

I don't think so as the sound is coming from the side the belts aren't on and as of yesterday i have not heard the sound.
