Hello, so my rattle has been there since I bought the car, noticed it really around 200-300 miles in but wasn’t sure about it. Now I’m at 10,000 miles with the same rattle. It only happens during acceleration at around 3,000 RPMs and it’s faint and intermittent and comes from the passenger side. Does not happen when in neutral or park, only in drive. Recently I noticed that there’s no rattle if my A/C is switched off. As soon as it’s on, the rattle is back when I hit 3,000 RPMs. I was thinking it's probably not an engine issue since it was like that brand new. Any ideas? It’s driving me nuts. sounds like a loose bolt or loose metal plate.

I attached a video, but you need to turn it up all the way since the road noise gets in the way. and you'll hear it in the first 1-6 seconds of the video. It's sometimes much louder and sometimes much lower than that. I would appreciate any input!!

Thank you for the video, it really helps. I did hear the noise and it sounds like a heat shield is loose on the exhaust system which coincides with your description with the engine speed and load. I would raise the car up (cold) and get underneath it to check the shielding to see if you can find anything loose. Here is a guide to help you raise the car up and the exhaust system diagrams.

Gently strike the exhaust system in different places using a rubber mallet until you hear the noise, especially the catalytic converter. Please get back to me I am interested to see what you find. Check the images below.
