When ever I speed up to 45-65 MPH there is a constant rattle that comes from under my truck. It will go away if I press the breaks when cruise control is on or if I let off the gas when cruise control isn't being used. I checked all my head shields and all are tight and not moving. What could be causing this? Any info helps.

You need to look at things like the driveshaft, u-joints and differential bearings.

I crawled under my truck and with the palm of my hand I hit my catalytic converter on both sides. It does make a slight rattle sound. What are the odd of this being part of this issue? Also I did notice my differential case is leaking also my passenger axle seal is leaking. I don't know if any of this could play a part in the noise. Thank for the other advice!

That could account for a rattle but likely not a vibration.
