Rattle noise

I had the oil changed then i heard a rattle in the under carriage.

I believe there is a under cover that has to be removed in order to drain the oil and/or replace the oil filter. You may want to check that all of the bolts on this cover were put back on and tight.
They are saying it's #3 in this diagram.
