Random misfire continues after spark plug change

I changed my spark plugs because it was suggested by a friend who is a mechanic to start off, but my vehicle continue to randomly misfire from the OBD tool and is sounding horribly louder than it was before.

I would start by checking the fuel pressure. Low fuel pressure will cause this issue.
