Random beep?

When I start the car, it randomly will start to beep, sometimes in mid drive or sometimes just as the car is started. The radio does not work at all. Can it be related to that or is there something else to look at and consider?

This can be a warning that a system is detecting an error or condition, I would run a CAN scan to see if any codes are stored which will tell you which will tell us which system has failed. Please go over this video to see what I am talking about:
