We have a 2003 Mitsubishi Montero Sport. In July of this year, the battery clamp to the terminal wore out and was not getting any connection. We loss power and had to jump start the car. During this, we accidently crossed the jumper cables, which fried the main fuse located under the hood. We replaced the fuse and battery. When we replaced the fuse, the clock started staying on, and the radio and windshield wipes can come on without the car being turned on The factory alarm will not turn on, also, Everything was fine, until a month ago, when we then started noticing a slight bump in the transmission, like it's in between gears. The battery also now seems to be draining very quickly. We replaced the alternator a month ago, but still no solution. We never know when the car will start or won't, and are constantly having to jump start and/or charge the battery. Any ideas?
