Accidently took my radio fuse out then replaced it now radio doesn't work

Sounds like there is an issue where you need to input the radio code.
When you turn the radio on, does it flash or prompt you for a code?
If so, you need to access this code in the manual in the glove box. If you don't have it then you need to contact a dealership and they should be able to access it for you.
There are some websites out there that say they can provide it for you. However, this may require you to remove the radio. I included the process below for this in case you need this.
