Radio not turning on

The radio in my car listed above XE model will not turn on. I also noticed that my turn signals aren't making noise when i use them. I am guessing this is due to a blown fuse but I am not sure. What fuse controls the radio? Or what could be the cause?

The first thing to check is the audio fuse. I attached three pics. The first shows the location of the fuse box which has the audio fuse. The second shows fuse location in the box. The 3 indicates the fuse amperage as well as what it powers.
