Radio does not work when until car has warmed up

when it's cold out the radio will not come on until it warms up. sometimes stays off all day . During the summer months it's fine . Ongoing issue for 3 years had warranty radio replaced now since out of warranty Chrysler is denying claim and will do nothing.

This sounds like a wiring issue but it could be an issue with the radio. Couple questions, what radio do you have? RA3 or 4 or one of the smaller units? Also, do you know if you have an updates for the radio? You can just provide me the last eight of your VIN and I can get some of this information.

Also when the radio is blank, does anything work?

Lastly do you have anything plugged into your DLC under the dash? The connector that you plug a computer into? Is there anything like an insurance tracker or GPS plugged into it? Also, is there anything aftermarket in the sounds system like a back seat TV or sound system?

Let's start with this info and go from there. Thanks
