Radio/lighter not working

Checked and replaced some fuses. Somebody was smart and took out some of my fuses and relays thinking my car wouldn't crank (joke was on him.) back to my question. even with those fus3s and relays out my radio and lighter still worked. As soon as he put them back in my radio and lighter stops working.

I have a aftermarket radio and a amp and speakers so I'm lost on what I should do. please help

Okay, so recheck those fuses, they are probably going to be blown. What probably is going on is the wires that were taped into for the constant and switched power for your stereo were before the fuse box on the same circuits. There was a short circuit in those circuits past the fuses. As soon as the fuse was replaced it allowed current to flow to the short circuit, blowing the fuse and the fuse in the back of your stereo, opening both legs of the circuit. As per Ohm's law, each leg of a parallel circuit must have the same source voltage. In the diagrams down below I have included instructions on how to find a short to ground, or "short circuit". Please go through the guide and get back to us with what you are able to find out.
