After locking my vehicle the screen on the radio blinks on and off and it's causing the battery to drain.

Hello,
It sounds like the VCM (vehicle communication module) has gone out. but to be sure lets scan the CAN. here is a video so you can see how its done:

Here is the module location, I would try unplugging it and then plugging it back in this can sometimes fix a bad connection. Please run down this guide and report back.
