Radio not working properly after installing aftermarket subwoofer

When installing an aftermarket powered sub, the remote wire was ran directly to the interior fuse box and connected to the audio fuse. After doing so, the subwoofer had power but the radio did not.

Couple questions first. When you say the audio fuse, which fuse are you calling the audio fuse? I assume it is fuse 15 but can you confirm that?

Also, how did you connect it to this fuse? The only thing that really makes sense is that you added it to the fuse but somehow removed the power from going to the radio.

I attached the wiring diagram below so you can review this. Let me know what you find with this and if you can get a picture of how this is attached to the fuse, that would help. Thanks
