I recently but a new alternator in my car, but now my radio comes on but no sound at all. What do I do?

It sounds like you had a voltage surge when reconnecting the battery, I would start by checking the fuses. here is a guide to help please check the fuses with the key on and I have included the fuse locations in the images below.
