i believe the part i was talking about is my air conditioner conderser and my buddy cut the lines on it not knowing what he was doing taking out my radiator... do i need to re hook this up in order for the new radiator to work and is the other small radiator looking thing for the powersteering and brake fluid cooling?

does not sound like much of a repair shop. you will have to replace both lines.
