Radiator problem

The cap to my radiator has an outgoing plastic piece to a hose that hose has disconnected due to the piece that was connected that was plastic has broken or melted or disconnected. is there anyway I can fix it without replacing the whole radiator itself?

I don't think so. I have had to replace many a radiator for that reason. That is a pressure connection and no type of epoxy will hold.

I had a mechanic come and check it out and yes that part is and was replaced. it is called, coolant filler neck for anyone who also needs help.

You can repair this kind of repair if you drill and thread a brass hose fitting into the end of the hole on the neck. I have never seen a replaceable filler neck but there is always a first.
