Engine oil in the coolant?

and when i opened the Water Coolant Reservoir Tank Bottle i found as in the pic.

Whatever happens to this problem? Can you follow up?

Hi, no, that smoke and temperature meter was in different car.
Nowadays I have Malibu 2015 this what I asked for how to know if the transmission fluid not mixed by the Coolant water and if it's mixed how this problem can be fixed without change the Radiator because it's costly to much and by the way they can run smoothly and transmission very good.

Trouble code (DTC) U0422 for a 2015 Chevrolet Malibu indicates an "Invalid Data Received from Body Control Module" (BCM) so you will need to start a new question for that. There is no radiator cap, just the reservoir cap. This is not transmission fluid, which is engine oil which means the oil cooler needs to be replaced, here is the location and how to change out.
