Radiator leak

I may have found the problem. There is a port with a cap on it that I
seem to have tightened as while turning this cap it made a tightening
sound. This is at an area in proximity of the bottom of the radiator
on the driver's side. Is this correct to what you know about this radiator? Is this one of the possible coolant leak symptoms that I may have corrected?

It sounds like you tightened the drain. It could leak from there is it was loose. Here are a few links you may find helpful. Take a look through them and let me know if they help.

Next, to find a leak, the best thing to do is pressurize the cooling system and then check. If there is a leak, the pressure is likely to cause it to leak. You will need a pressure tester, but most parts stores will lend / rent one to you.
