Radiator hose - temporary fix

I blew the radiator hose in my truck last night 15 miles away from home. Today I have to drive my truck home. Is there any way I can fix it temporarily, such as taping it? I would like calling a tow truck to be the absolute last resort.

They sell stuff like that at auto parts stores. Fill the system and do not tighten radiator cap all the way, just halfway.
